REFUND POLICY

OUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is not as described or the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return your payment in full.
For faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us - we will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.
Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the product purchased.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Many types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if any)
Book with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If you have done all these things and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
